Vitamin B1 (Thiamine mononitrate)
Vitamin B9 (Folic acid)
Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin)
Method of administration and recommended daily dose
1-3 times a day
with meals
1-3 capsules
per day
Swallowed whole
with ½ glass of water
Children from 11 to 18 years of age – no more than one capsule, adults – no more than three capsules a day with meals.
Before using it is recommended to consult a doctor.
Do not use as a substitute for a complete and balanced diet!
